2011-2012 Chapter Programs

"The Year of "Eau de Parfum"

In addition to each month's program, there are two continuing programs.

Member Show and Tell--Bring your "works in progress" and your "finished projects" to share before the program begins.

Member Challenge--The rules are simple - at any chapter event, get a red ticket from the President, write your name on the back, and put it into the official blue zippered pouch. At the Spring luncheon in June, one ticket will be drawn from the pouch and the lucky winner will receive a free local ANG membership for one year - a $22.00 value! The president is the keeper of the tickets and the pouch, so the next time you're at a meeting, a workshop, a fundraiser, or any other chapter-sponsored event, sign your ticket!

15th: September Member Meeting --Thursday, September 15 at the Ladue Chapel

"Eau de Parfum" education program will be introduced.

Second Chance for UFO Challenge. Please bring 2 UFO contenders from your stash and fellow members will choose your UFO project for the upcoming year.

We will be introducing a new program, “Summer SOS”. Please come to hear the details.

20th: October Member Meeting --Thursday, October 20 at the Ladue Chapel

"Eau de Parfum" education program will begin. It is not required that you participate in the group project. You are welcome to attend the meetings, and stitch on any project

Bring a 12" x 12" 18-count canvas for the stand-up or 14" x 14"18-count canvas that will include a open-weave background. Refer to the September-October Newsletter for a full list of supplies.

23th: October Retreat --Sunday, October 23 at Winghaven Country Club
