Pulled Heart

"Pulled Heart" is a free design project from www.needleart.org. It is designed and stitched by Lou Kilgore, a needlework instructor, lecturer, designer, and judge who has certification from NAN in Canvas and Judging and is a Senior Master Teacher through ANG.

Bring an 8" by 8" piece of 18 count mono canvas, 8" stretcher bars, one strand of #8 pearl cotton (your choice of color) and the usual stitching supplies for this "pulled thread" project.
